The encoded protein is an enzyme with an amino acid length of 434 and a mass of 47.3 kDa. Other isoforms may exist. NSE is a member of the Enolase family. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat.

Our sample were incubated with Abbkine NSE monoclonal antibody (diluted at 1:200) overnight at +4°C. The sensitivity of the antibody was perfect.
